Owners John and Colleen Steineman have deep roots in the area—Colleen has been a Venice resident for over 45 years, while John has called it home for the past 18 years.

Their commitment to quality and service runs in the family. John’s brother, Joe, is the company’s lead sealer, and their nieces and nephews attend Venice High School, where their niece Peyton was honored as the 2023 Homecoming Queen.

With over 30 years of experience in construction, John previously worked as a supervisor for a large natural gas contractor in Ohio, specializing in underground construction and heavy equipment operation. Colleen has been a successful business owner since 2012, operating a concierge service on Boca Grande, providing property management, home watch, and cleaning services.
